Quick-Start Posting Guide

Action Steps:

Step 1 // Write 5 quick and easy captions in this order:

  • Welcome to my brand (what we do, who we serve) // another brand overview //

  • Sneak peeks // What’s coming soon with your brand

  • Get to know me

  • Share that you’re working on an instagram challenge (or planning content)

Step 2 // List 5 hashtags for each one that relate.


DAY 4
Brainstorm: Grid Posts Brainstorm

Tie each post back to something that will:

  • benefit your brand

  • benefit your audience

Think about your products, services, topics, launches, etc.

Action Steps:

DAY 5 // Kickstart — Stories

Instagram filters—normal ones—make it easy to film in bad lighting and without putting on makeup. Just find a nice background that isn’t distracting.

List 5 super simple Story ideas—to film and post TOMORROW

At least 2 are videos with your face/voice (talking face)

Record a story video talking to the camera on screen. Post or save.
